CHLA Patients & Family Members: Meet CAF Reps on July 25 & 26
July 19, 2013 – Open House with Cooley’s Anemia Foundation representatives at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles on July 25 & 26!
Please join Cooley’s Anemia Foundation’s Social Worker, Kathleen Durst, MA, LCSW, and National Communications Director Craig Butler for a special Open House on July 25 and 26.
Come talk to the Foundation about the things that concern you: what information you need, what things you want to know more about, what challenges you face, what difficulties you encounter in dealing with thalassemia or anything else concerning thalassemia or the Foundation.
At noon on July 25, we will have a short presentation to share our information and hear back from you. Lunch will be provided.
If you cannot come to the noon presentation, we hope you will come by and visit with us during the rest of the day on July 25 or on July 26 between 9:00 and noon. Refreshments will be provided. See you soon!
