September 4, 2012 – Ever felt like thanking people who have donated blood for you or a loved one? Or wanted to share your own story about why you donate blood? America’s Blood Centers has a special website just for that purpose. <
Simply go to http://thanksdonor.com and you can read stories from others or share your own story. It’s an excellent way for recipients to acknowledge the many donors – whether known to them or unknown – who have helped them, and for donors to encourage others to donate by talking about why they choose to give blood.
The Cooley’s Anemia Foundation knows how important blood donations are and thanks every single person who takes the time to donate blood.
