Registration Extended for 2019 CAF Patient-Family Conference
June 12, 2019 – CAF is extending cut-off of registration for the Patient-Family Conference from midnight (Eastern time) on Wed., June 12 to midnight (Eastern) on Friday, June 14. We have also arranged for an extension of registering a hotel room under our special rate.
If you plan to attend the Conference (whether staying at the hotel or not), you MUST REGISTER FOR THE CONFERENCE BY JUNE 15. Also, please remember that conference registration and hotel registration are two separate things.
