FDA Will Webcast September 14 Committee Meeting on Ferriprox
September 12, 2011 -The FDA (Food and Drug Administration) plans to provide a live webcast of the September 14, 2011, meeting of the Oncologic Drugs Advisory Committee; the morning session of this meeting will consider the new drug application for the oral chelator Ferriprox.
Please note that the webcast will not display until the meeting begins at approximately 8:00 a.m. EST on September 14, 2011. Also, while the FDA is working to make webcasts available to the public for all AC meetings held at the White Oak campus, there are instances where the webcast transmission is not successful; staff will work to re-establish the transmission as soon as possible. FDA plans to post archived webcasts after the meeting, however, in cases where transmission was not successful, archived webcasts will not be available.
