CAF Suffolk Chapter’s First Annual Fall Gala on October 19

July 25, 2019 – We are delighted to invite you to attend CAF Suffolk Chapter’s First Annual Fall Gala on the evening of Saturday, October 19 at the Holbrook Country Club. Proceeds from the event will help the Cooley’s Anemia Foundation to fund thalassemia medical research and important patient support programs.

The Fall Gala will begin at 7pm and features a musical performance by Five Stone. Dinner tickets are $100 each and include a buffet dinner and an open bar with top shelf liquor. Table reservations for ten guests are available at a price of $900. For $100 more, you can purchase a $1,000 table sponsorship, which includes ten dinner tickets, a page in the event program, and special recognition at the event.
