CAF Schedules 2012 Patient Family Conference for June 29 – July 1
March 16, 2012 – CAF has announced its 2012 Patient~Family Conference, to be held June 29 to July 1 in Cambridge, MA.
The Theme of this year’s Conference is “Fe: Less is Better” (Fe being the symbol for Iron) and attendees can look forward to two full days of Conference sessions, overflowing with important information, as well as a Welcome Reception the night before the sessions begin.
The Conference will be held at the Royal Sonesta Hotel in Cambridge, MA, across the river from Boston proper. 
We are pleased to present this Conference free of charge; there is no registration fee, and Conference meals (Friday reception; Saturday breakfast, lunch and dinner; Sunday breakfast and lunch) are included. We have secured a special room rate of $159 per night for a room for 2 adults and 2 children (under 17). Guests must make hotel reservations directly with the Royal Sonesta by calling (617) 806-4200 and telling them that you request the special rate for the Cooley’s Anemia Foundation conference, or by reserving your room online at http://tinyurl.com/2012ConfRes. The room reservation rate deadline is May 31, 2012.
Although there is no Conference registration fee, attendees must pre-register for the Conference. We regret that we are unable to register people onsite. Registration forms, and a full agenda, can be downloaded by clicking here.
