CAF Accepting Applications for 2019-2020 Patient Incentive Awards Until Feb 14, 2020
November 4, 2019 – The Cooley’s Anemia Foundation is accepting applications for its 2019-2020 Patient Incentive Awards, as well as the 2019-2020 Educational Incentive Awards for Children of Individuals with Thalassemia. These awards are open to thalassemia patients, as well as children of thalassemia patients, who are U.S. residents and are currently pursuing education in a graduate, undergraduate, associate, certificate or vocational level. The purpose of these Awards is to inspire patients to further their education and career goals and to help them live positively with thalassemia, and for children of individuals with severe thalassemia to further their education and career goals.
The deadline to apply is February 14, 2020. No extensions will be granted, so be sure to apply by the deadline. Awards will be distributed in March, 2020.
