He has extensive experience in reviewing and improving existing development operations, planning and executing capital and major gift campaigns, training high-level fundraising volunteers, and motivating boards and campaign committees. Before that, Henry had been Assistant to the President at PIUS XII Youth and Family Services of New York, where he worked to raise and grow funds for the entire $23 million multi-site agency. As senior team member, he worked on cultivation and solicitation for annual gifts and a $10 million capital campaign from the Board of Governors, individual donors, and corporations/foundations. He also managed annual dinners, golf tournaments, and major donor receptions.

He began his career as a high school social studies teacher, but moved into social work after spending several summers counseling juvenile delinquents. He worked in various supervisory and administrative roles, before moving into the development field. Henry holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Stonehill College.

CAF is excited to welcome Henry to our team! His expertise and enthusiasm make him a valuable addition to the CAF family.
