CAF Holds Staying Healthy for a Cure Meeting for NY-NJ-CT Patients

February 11, 2011 -The Cooley’s Anemia Foundation is holding the first in a series of meeting to talk about “Staying Healthy for a Cure” on February 28 at New York Hospital/Cornell Weill in New York City. Future meetings will be held in other cities, with dates to be announced.

Patients in the NY-NJ-CT metropolitan area are invited to come for a presentation and exchange of ideas at the meeting, which will run from 6:30-8:30 p.m. on Monday, February 28. You will gain new information, perspectives, and skills focused on wellness in thalassemia. The evening will include activities to enhance skills and encourage ways to effectively develop consistent wellness. Refreshments will be served.
