February 11, 2008 - The Cooley's Anemia Foundation cordially invites you to attend the "Spring for a Cure" at Brasserie Cassis on Tuesday, March 11. Sponsored by Reststar Hospitality Group and Stratford Leasing Group, this wonderful evening starts with a cocktail hour at 6:30, followed by a delicious dinner at 7:30.

Brasserie Cassis, one of Newsday's "Top 10 New Restaurants on Long Island in 2007," is located at 387 S. Oyster Bay Road in Plainview. Tickets for the evening are $110 each; $55 of each ticket is tax deductible. Attire is casual, and RSVPs are requested by March 1.

Described by the New York Times in a glowing January 20, 2008 review as "a beauty that evokes Belle Epoque Paris," Brasserie Cassis is a glorious setting for this special event, which raises money for the Cooley's Anemia Foundation and its efforts to cure the blood disorder known as both Cooley's anemia and thalassemia.
